Refund policy

“At FOCOF, we curate each drop carefully for our community. Because of the exclusive and limited nature of our products, we handle returns or exchanges with strict care. To protect against misuse, once a product’s usage has been assessed by our team, it is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In rare cases of genuine defects, we’ll always do our best to make it right—often by issuing a replacement or coupon for future drops.”
“Please inspect your item immediately on delivery and retain original packaging, tags, and protective coverings. Return requests must be made within 7 days. After our review, approved returns will be compensated via email coupon or FOCOF store credit (valid for 6 months).”

Applicability & Drop Items

  • This policy applies to all products/ drop based products / limited-edition products offered by FOCOF, unless stated otherwise.


  • By purchasing a FOCOF drop item, you accept and agree to the terms here, including the restrictions on return or exchange after usage inspection.



Return / Exchange Eligibility & Conditions

Time Limit & Non-usage Requirement

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 2 days from the date of receiving the item.


  • The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags intact, original packaging, and no signs of wear, handling, or alteration.


  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we detect any signs of usage, wear, or tampering during inspection.



No Return / Exchange After Usage Analysis

  • Once the product undergoes a usage or authenticity check, or deep inspection by our team, it is considered “used / handled,” and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.


  • This rule is intended to prevent misuse—for instance, customers using an item once, then returning it claiming defect.


  • If a customer requests an exchange or return after this analysis, FOCOF reserves the right to deny such requests.



Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items

Certain categories or products may be excluded entirely from returns or exchanges. For example (but not limited to):



  • Items sold as final sale / discounted heavily


  • Digital goods, gift cards, or products marked “non-refundable”.

Defects & Faulty Items

Even though we discourage casual returns, we do accept returns or exchanges in case of genuine defects or shipping damages, as follows:


  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, the customer must notify us within 3 days of receipt (by sending unboxing video and photographs) to our support email or portal.


  • After verification by FOCOF (inspection of images, video, or sending back the item), we may:


    • Offer a replacement of the same item


    • Provide compensation in the form of coupon(sent via email or whatsapp) 


    • ssue a refund (subject to conditions below).


  • If a replacement is not possible (sold out or discontinued), we will issue a coupon or equivalent to the cost (less any shipping or inspection fees) as per FOCOF’s discretion.



Return / Exchange Fees & Charges

  • A reverse shipping / pickup fee (e.g. ₹ 100 or as determined) may be deducted from the refund or coupon value.


  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference can be issued as store credit or coupon.



Refund / Coupon / Store Credit Policy

  • Instead of cash refunds, in most cases FOCOF will issue coupon codes sent via email


  • This coupon / credit will typically be valid for a specified period (e.g. 6 months) and usable only on future FOCOF drops / full-price products (unless otherwise stated).


  • Where refunds are permitted (for genuine defects), FOCOF may issue refunds via the original payment method or provide coupons(sent via email) depending on business discretion and feasibility.


  • The coupon or store credit value will equal the item’s value (minus any agreed deductions such as shipping or inspection fees).



Return / Exchange Process

  • Initiate request: The customer must log in to their FOCOF account or contact support to request a return or exchange, providing order number, item details, photos, and reason.


  • Pre-approval: FOCOF’s customer service team will review the request (usually within 48 hours) and decide if it qualifies.


  • Return shipping / pickup: If approved, FOCOF will provide instructions or arrange a reverse pickup (with fees applied).


  • Inspection & decision: Upon receipt, the item is inspected. If it passes inspection and meets policy terms, FOCOF will proceed with the exchange, coupon issuance, or refund.


  • Issuance of coupon / credit / replacement: The coupon or replacement will be delivered to the customer via email (or account) within a certain timeframe . 5–7 business days).



Cancellation

  • Once dispatched from the FOCOF warehouse, cancellation is not possible (customer must follow the returns process subject to eligibility).



General Terms & Conditions

  • FOCOF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that violate this policy (e.g. signs of misuse, missing tags, etc.).


  • For items that cannot be returned—e.g. after inspection, or when explicitly marked non-returnable—the decision is final and binding.


  • FOCOF is not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit unless return shipping is arranged or insured through us.


  • All disputes will be subject to the relevant laws and jurisdiction where FOCOF is registered.
